What your warranty covers
Your 3 months (90 days) warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal play. Here's exactly what's in and out of scope.
Covered
- Structural defects in the frame, core, or paddle face
- Delamination or separation of layers under normal play
- Handle or grip-assembly faults caused by manufacturing
- Loose internal components arising from manufacturing (verified case by case)
- Faulty bonding, adhesive, or construction
- Products found damaged in transit and reported at the time of delivery
Not covered
- Damage from play — slams, mishits, hard impacts, or accidental drops
- Normal wear — scratches, minor chips, cosmetic marks, or edge dents that don't affect performance
- Grip or handle wear from regular use
- Fading or wear of graphics over time
- Damage from water or other liquids
- Misuse, negligence, abuse, or unauthorised modifications
- Products bought from unauthorised sellers
How to claim your warranty
Register & contact
Register your product above, then email care@strykx.com with your order number, invoice, the email you registered with, a clear description of the defect, and photos. A short video helps.
Claim review
Our team reviews your submission within 2–3 business days. We may reach out if we need any additional details.
Resolution
If approved, we'll repair or replace the product based on its condition — whichever restores your game fastest.
