These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the STRYKX website, products, and services (the "Site"), operated by I E VENTURES ("STRYKX", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using the Site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. We recommend reading them so you understand your rights and ours.

01 Overview

STRYKX offers sports equipment, including pickleball paddles, padel rackets, table tennis rackets, and related accessories. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site.

These Terms should be read together with our Returns & Replacements Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

02 Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

03 Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

04 Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for reference; minor variations in colour or finish may occur.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, modify prices, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Availability of products is not guaranteed and is subject to stock.

05 Orders & Payment

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; orders may be cancelled due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details.
In the event of a cancelled order for which payment was made, a refund will be issued per our Returns & Replacements Policy.

06 Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Shipping charges and timelines are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

07 Returns & Replacements

Returns, replacements, and eligibility conditions are governed by our Returns & Replacements Policy. Please review it before initiating a request. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or customisation reasons.

08 Warranty

Eligible products carry a warranty period of 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase against specified manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage, exclusions, and the claim process are set out in our warranty documentation. Registration may be required to activate certain warranties. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper handling.

09 Promotions & Offers

Promotional offers (e.g. "Buy any 2 get 5% OFF", "Buy any 3 get 10% OFF") are subject to specific terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Offers are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
We reserve the right to disqualify any order that appears to abuse or manipulate a promotion.

All content on the Site — including the STRYKX name, logo, graphics, text, and imagery — is the property of I E VENTURES or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, interfere with its operation, or introduce malicious code.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STRYKX and I E VENTURES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

15 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
